Mapping Preparation: Karolina at automa.net will handle the mapping of your products, creating a customized Excel or CSV file that links automa.net Product IDs to your webpage Products.

Once the mapping is complete, you will be provided with the Excel or CSV file, containing the essential information for integrating the stock availability check into your webpage database.

API Documentation

API allows you to retrieve detailed stock availability information for provided products. The response includes stock grouped by conditions, providing details on offers available for new, new surplus, or used conditions. Information includes price, lead time, warranty, and quantity.

After presenting the stock availability to your webpage user and if the user chooses to request a quotation (RFQ) for the product, you have the option to generate a manual RFQ using the API. The relevant API documentation can be accessed here.

Viewing RFQ in Automa.Net Portal

After creating an RFQ, you can view and manage your request in the Automa.Net Portal. Navigate to the "Deals/Sales" section to track the progress of your RFQ and manage subsequent actions.
