What happens after you send a repair request
You get a confirmation with a request number, and the repair companies reply directly to your email.

After you send the request, Repair request sent appears with your request number, for example RR-000123, and the next steps. Click View Request to open the request. You also get a confirmation email with a summary of the request.
What the repair companies get
Each company gets its own email with the part, the problem description, your attachments, and your contact details.
Replies
The companies reply directly to the email address of the person who sent the request. You arrange the price, shipping, and the repair itself with the company by email.
Your sent requests
The Sent Requests tab lists all repair requests sent by your company. Click a request to see its details: the part, the problem description, the attachments, and the companies it was sent to, with their contact details.
Tip: To get a copy of every repair request your company sends, set a Copy of Sent RFQs address in Settings > Notifications > RFQ Notifications.
