Send a request to one company

  1. On the Find Companies tab, click Request Repair on the company card. The Request repair from [company] form opens.
  2. Fill in the form. See What to fill in.
  3. Click Send Repair Request. A confirmation with your request number appears. See What happens after you send a repair request.

Send one request to several companies

  1. On the Find Companies tab, click Request from Several Companies. The Request repair from several companies form opens.
  2. Choose the Repair category of the part.
  3. Choose the Brand of the part.
  4. In Send to, select the companies. The list shows only companies that repair this brand in this category.
  5. Fill in the rest of the form and click Send Repair Request.

What to fill in

The form asks for:

  • Repair category and Brand of the part.
  • Part Number - as shown on the nameplate.
  • Units to repair - how many units of this part need a repair.
  • Describe the problem - what happens and when, error codes, and what you have already checked. Up to 1,000 characters.
  • Attachments (optional) - up to 10 files, max 10 MB each: JPG, PNG, PDF, Word, Excel, or ZIP.

Tip: Photos of the nameplate or error logs help the company quote faster.

Note: One request covers one part number. To repair different parts, send a separate request for each. You can't edit a request after sending it - send corrections to the company by email.
