The Special Offers module is designed for your convenience. It allows you to easily promote and manage time-limited deals. Here’s how to access the new module and what you’ll find inside:

What’s in the Module?

  1. Offer List

  2. Four Tabs:

    • All Offers (Shows all listed offers)
    • My Offer (Displays offers owned by the user)
    • Watch Offer (Lists offer added to the watchlist)
  3. New Offer Addition Module (Allows users to add new special offer)
  4. Support Contact Information
  5. Filters
  6. Email Notification Management (Allows users to manage notifications for new auctions)
  7. Support Chat

What Information is in a Listed Offer?

  1. Offer title.
  2. Product images.
  3. Product file with part numbers and quantities.
  4. Notes.
  5. Company information (company type, verification status, delivery from, number of employees, turnover, country of company).
  6. Offer information (publication date, expiration date, reference number)
  7. Button to place a quote (after placing a bid, the amount of your last bid will be displayed).
  8. Current highest quote amount.
  9. Quote information (number of bids placed on the offer).

How to Add an Offer?

  1. Click the "Add New Offer" button

  2. Add a File with your surplus stock to sale. Check our template before uploading your special offer items for sale. Please make sure you include Manufacturer's Pat Number (MPN), Brand, Quantity, product condition. It's albo great when you provide package condition, your purchase price and the date when you have purchased the part. This will help us to get you the best quote possible!

  3. Enter your Offer Title and Expires Date

  4. Set the price you would like to offer for your items. 

  5. Attach photos of the parts. Clear, high-quality images will improve your listing and attract more bidders

  6. You can also provide any additional information or other details relating to the offer here.

  7. Click the "Create Offer" button

What’s in the Offer Listing Module?

  1. Space to upload a file with part numbers and quantities and template file (supported formats: MSEXCEL, XLSX, CSV; max file size 10 MB; one file per auction).
  2. Offer title and expiration date (default is 14 days, maximum is 60 days).
  3. Price of the offer.
  4. Field to upload product images (supports JPEG, PNG, WEBP, BMP; max 10 MB per file; max 10 files).
  5. Notes for the offer.

How to Place a Quote?

  1. Click the "Make Offer" button
  2. Attach any documents supporting your bid, this could be your bid for each item, terms & conditions etc.
  3. Enter your best quote for the offer. 
  4. You can provide any additional information or other details relating to the quote here
  5. Click the "Send Offer" button
