🔍 What Are Matched Listings?

A matched listing is one that has been automatically linked to a specific product in the Automa.Net product database. For a listing to be matched, the MPN (Manufacturer Part Number) and brand must exactly match the corresponding values in our product database.

When a listing is successfully matched, it is enriched with additional product data, such as:

  • Technical description
  • Product images
  • Technical specifications
  • Lifecycle status
  • EAN / GTIN / UPC
  • Country of origin
  • Category
  • Spec sheet
📊 Matching Indicator

Inside the Inventory panel, you’ll find a dedicated indicator that shows:

  • How many of your listings have been matched to products in our database.

  • What percentage of your total inventory these matched listings represent.

This quick overview helps you assess the quality of your data and how effectively it integrates with Automa.Net’s product catalog

🧰 Filters: Matched vs. Unmatched Listings

To help manage your inventory more efficiently, we’ve added filters that allow you to quickly browse:

  • Matched listings - those that have been successfully linked to a product.

  • Unmatched listings - which do not meet the criteria (e.g., mismatched or missing MPN/brand).
