To ensure your products appear on the marketplace with the Buy Now button, start by updating your company information. Here’s what needs to be done:

 1. Update Company Information >

• Fill in your contact details, such as email and phone number.
• Provide your billing addresses to ensure smooth transactions.

 2. Add Trade Terms >

• Include details like warranty policies, return conditions, and other terms that build trust with buyers.

 3. Set Up Payment Methods >

• Compulsory: Add your bank account details 
  

• Compulsory: Connect or create Stripe account to accept online payments. This is also part of our company verification process. 

• Optional: If you would like to additionaly increase conversation rates, enable AutomaPAY for secure and flexible deferred payment options for the customer. This way they will be able to pay 30-90 days after the order (you still receive payment in 14 days from the order, 100% secured by AutomaPAY).

The heart of your marketplace presence is your product inventory. Follow these guidelines for a robust stock upload (Automa.Net Inventory Upload Template):

Minimum Requirements in your inventory file:

• Manufacturer Part Number (MPN)
• Brand
• Condition (new/refurbished/ ... etc. ), We are mapping all conditions to our standard product conditions. 
• Quantity available in stock
• Price (Format "100:EUR" or "100.12:EUR")
• High-quality images (Link). Alternatively send us your images and we will host them on our servers. Pictures need ot present the product. You can use stock photos. Pictures cannot have watermarks!
• Warranty time
• Ships In information (could be also set in the delivery settings if not present on the file)

Optionally (for higher visibility and improved conversion rates)

• Add Category to each of your product
• Weight
• Package dimensions. 
• EAN/GTIN/UPC codes.

💡Reminder: Make sure your stock is updated at least once a day. We offer an easy way to integrate google sheet file with your Automa.Net account or you can simply transfer a file once a day to your FTP folder. 

When importing files, it’s crucial to provide clean, properly formatted data. The MPN field should include only the part number (e.g., 6GK5005-0BA00-1AB2) without extra descriptions or details. This ensures accurate processing and proper recognition of products in the system."
